Delete your Kosh account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Kosh and unlock it.
2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
3. Confirm. Kosh deletes your account, your backup key and your Drive backups, then clears the app on your phone.

Without the app

Email srv021@gmail.com from the Google account you use with Kosh, with the subject "Delete my Kosh account". We'll delete your account and backup key within 30 days and confirm by email.

Backups sit in your own Google Drive, so you can remove them yourself: Google Drive › Settings › Manage apps › Kosh › Delete hidden app data.

What gets deleted

• Your Kosh account (Google email, name, photo URL and Firebase user ID).
• Your backup key and backup details.
• Your encrypted backups in Google Drive.
• Everything Kosh stored on your phone.

Nothing is kept after deletion, apart from any emails you sent us, which we keep for up to 24 months as described in the privacy policy.
